1. Who we are

wealthprism.ai is run by WealthPrism Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17417063), registered office 66 Shelburne Road, High Wycombe, England, HP12 3NQ. Contact: founders@wealthprism.ai.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Reports, accounts and introductions will have their own terms, which we'll show you before you start.

2. What this site is, and isn't

This is an information site about a product we are building. Reports aren't open yet. You can look around, read the sample report and reserve a free report. You can't yet get a report, connect an account or be introduced to an adviser.

2.1 Nothing here is advice

WealthPrism Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. WealthPrism explains your own position and the questions it opens. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or an invitation to buy or sell anything. Please don't make a financial decision on the basis of anything here. Take regulated advice where you need it.

2.2 The examples are illustrations

David, in the sample report, is an illustrative person, not a real client. His figures, and any others we show, are worked from stated assumptions and current rules, which change. They show how a report reads, not what will happen to anyone. Your position will be different.

2.3 Nothing is available yet

We describe features that aren't built and dates that may move. Nothing here is a commitment to launch anything, on any timetable, with any particular feature.

3. If you reserve a free report

We'll use your details to contact you about WealthPrism. How we handle them is set out in our privacy notice.

Reserving a place creates no obligation on either side. We aren't agreeing to provide anything, you aren't agreeing to buy anything, and it doesn't guarantee you a report or a date. We may change, pause or end early access at any time. You can ask us to delete your details whenever you like.

3.1 Invites

After you reserve, you can send your own invite link to people you know. Inviting anyone is optional. When someone reserves with a member's invite link, “sooner” means we may invite them and the member who invited them to start their reports in an earlier wave, at our discretion; it isn't a guarantee of a report or a date. There are no prizes, payments or anything of money value for inviting people. We may disregard invites that look automated or fake.

4. What it costs, and introductions to professionals

Using the site and reserving a place are free. When reports open, you won't be charged a sign-up fee, a subscription, or anything for your report or for an introduction.

Introductions aren't open yet. When they are, any adviser or solicitor we introduce is independent of us. Your agreement is with them, they quote their fee before you commit to anything, and we don't guarantee their work. They pay us, the same way firms have always paid for introductions, and no firm can pay for a better place. There is more on this in Our promises.

5. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't:

• copy or scrape it by automated means;
• try to break it, overload it, or get around its security;
• send us anyone else's personal details without their permission; or
• present our content as your own.

6. Our content

The site, including its text, design, logo and the rules behind it, belongs to us or is licensed to us. You can read it and share links to it. For anything else, please ask first.

7. Links to other sites

Some pages, such as Getting help elsewhere, link to services we don't run. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or terms.

8. Availability

We don't guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it without notice.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms don't affect.

Subject to that, this is an information site, and we aren't liable for any decision you make on the basis of it. In particular we aren't liable for loss that comes from relying on an illustrative figure or general information without checking with a qualified professional, or for business or indirect losses.

10. Complaints

Email founders@wealthprism.ai and we'll respond within five working days.

Because we aren't regulated by the FCA, the Financial Ombudsman Service can't consider a complaint about us. A complaint about how we handle your personal data is covered by our privacy notice, which says how to raise it and what happens next.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
